-Police Enhanced+ Beta 0.0.9

INSTALL:
Backup these files BEFORE replacment
Popgroups.ymt goes into mods/update/update.rpf/x64/levels/gta5 (This increases police variety in ambient traffic)
vehicles.meta goes into mods/update/update.rpf/data/levels/gta5/ (This adds more female officers to the ambient traffic)
dispatch.meta goes into mods/update/update.rpf/data/ (This increases the variation when wanted, adding female cops and more police vehicles to response)

OPTIONAL:
Recommended use BackOnTheBeat for a balanced spawn rate
Back on the beat by Olanov is far more balanced so goes nicley with this mod
www.gta5-mods.com/misc/cops-back-on-the-beat

Use mine for a slightly increased rate of spawn in many areas around LS
Instructions
for if you installed my popcycle.dat install to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5

What does this mod do?

The main features of this mod are
*More female police dispatch
*More female officers in ambient traffic
*Increased rate of police patrols both on foot and in ambient traffic
*Increased variation of police vehicle models in dispatch and ambient traffic

Take Note: This mod makes pranger spawn in traffic around the countryside and blaine county, If you dont want the park ranger slot spawning
simply replace or remove pranger in the popgroups.ymt it should be below sheriff1&2

LSPDFR does not need any of this, as ultimate backup and lspdfr have their own features to vary and/or increase police spawns, This mod is for story mode and works when
you're not running lspdfr

Like back on the beat this mod increased the amount of cops on foot and in vehicle patrols, You'll also see a wider range of police cars spawning in traffic, Now even the FIB,
the police van and unmarked police vehicles will be spotted driving around ls aswell as police,police2 and police3. In vanilla story mode usually only 2 vehicles spawn ambiently
police3 being most of the time the only police car you'll see driving around.

I also noticed the game has female officers, but they are rarely seen just driving around in ambient police car traffic spawns and it can still be a task to spot them during
a wanted level too, so this mod tweaks this slightly to include more female officer spawns (Male officers are still more common though, I've just increased the probability of
a female spawns)

If you feel there are too many cops spawning ambiently you can decrease the volume of officers spawning by downloading "Back on the beat" which will like this mod add more cops
to the streets of los santos however at a slightly lower rate than mine as both mods make changes to popcycle

I HIGHLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO EDIT MY MOD AS YOU PLEASE AND REUPLOAD (Leaving credit to me can be done at your own discretion but I wont be kicking up a fuss if you dont)
why? Because my mod cant really be claimed by anyone since all the files edited are originally by rockstar games themselves, This mod merely edits those files
If you're able to do this yourself to get the game tailored to you and your preferences, this may provide the community with more of a choice and a wider variety

I did work hard though getting this right

I will leave a guide at the bottom of this readme

If you'd like to choose which vehicles you want spawning in traffic, I'll teach you how to edit this yourself.
Popgroups is the file that decides which vehicles spawn in traffic and where, With the police vehicles its quite an easy tast

step 0: Download the popgroups.ymt in my pack
step 1: Go locate said popgroups.ymt once installed (mods/update/update.rpf/x64/levels/gta5)
step 2: in edit mode right click the file and select "edit"

PercCopCars PercCopPed are the values to edit the percentage of police cars and police peds, peds being pedestrians aka foot traffic, You can tweak the values to your liking

scroll across to the right you'll see VEH_COPCAR xx, You can change this value also as I beleive this edits the amount of cop cars that'll spawn at any given time within that area, you can edit this too
