Welcome to Coastal Callouts 1.2 by PNWParksFan!

Please read this file in detail before attempting to install
Coastal Callouts, and read it again twice before asking for
any kind of installation support.

=== UPGRADING ===

	If you are upgrading from a previous version of Coastal Callouts, the installation
	process is mostly the same. Copy over all script/plugin files as directed below.
	You MUST overwrite CoastalCallouts.dll and CoastalCallouts.pdb. Other files
	including configuration files are recommended to update unless you have made
	extensive customizations to them.

	For the LML package, you must manually REMOVE any old package versions. You
	can do this by browsing in your LML folder, locating the old version of the
	package, and simply deleting that folder.

=== INSTALLATION ===

	Coastal Callouts requires several different installation steps.
	These steps are dependency installation, script installation,
	LML package installation, and optional additional settings.

	=> Gameconfig
		You need to install a custom gameconfig.xml to increase the limit
		of add-on vehicles and peds in the game. You can usually find
		working gameconfig.xml files on gta5-mods.com for whichever
		version of GTA you are currently on. This one has been tested
		and confirmed working with Coastal Callouts as of GTA V
		patch 1868, and can be installed automatically using LML:
		https://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/24718-gameconfigxml-for-lml/

	=> Heap Adjuster
		It is strongly recommended to install the HeapAdjuster mod to enable GTA V
		to use more memory. This helps avoid invalid memory errors. Download
		HeapAdjuster from https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/heapadjuster and
		Copy the ASI into your GTA V folder.

	=> Main script installation
		All script files and related configuration files are in
		the "Script Installation Files" folder. Simply drag-and-drop
		everything from "GTA V Folder" folder into your GTA V installation
		directory. MAKE SURE to overwrite any previous versions of
		ParksTools.dll. It should look like this:

			Grand Theft Auto V
			  - LSPDFR / subfolders
			  - Plugins / subfolders
			  - ParksTools.dll
			  - ParksTools.pdb
			  - RAGENativeUI.dll

	=> DLC/LML Package installation
		A custom DLC is included with numerous vehicles, peds, props,
		textures, and other assets required for Coastal Callouts.
		The DLC content is provided as an LML Package. The LML Package can be
		installed automatically using the LML Mod Manager program. For manual
		install instructions, see the LML_README.txt file in the LML Package
		folder. The package MUST BE INSTALLED for Coastal Callouts to work.
		You can use the LML Mod Manager UI to disable some resource groups in
		the package, but the core files are required.

	=> OpenIV.asi loader
		You must have the OpenIV.asi mod loader installed to load the add-on maps.
		Most users will already have this, but if you are having ERR_GEN_INVALID
		errors when trying to launch the game, you may be missing it. You can
		install it by opening OpenIV, and clicking Tools > ASI Manager and making sure
		that "OpenIV.ASI" is marked as "Installed".

	=> Scenario Modelset limit patch
		You are STRONGLY ADVISED to install the CScenarioPoint Patch. This allows
		additional ambient ped modelsets to be defined, which allows for a wider
		variety of peds to spawn at a variety of Coastal Callouts stations/locations.
		Download from https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/cscenariopoint-patch

	=> Parks Benefactor Program member website integration
		Coastal Callouts is publicly released to all users. You do not need
		to join the Parks Benefactor Program to use it. The mod will check for
		updates by connecting to parksmods.com. You must accept the privacy policy
		(available at https://members.parksmods.com/privacy/) for the update check
		to proceed. You may optionally choose to enable username integration, which
		sends your Rockstar Social Club username with the update check to show
		your Benefactor Program member level (if applicable) and other information.
		Members receive in-game recognition for their contributions, and may have
		additional features enabled.

		You will be automatically prompted to agree to the privacy policy and
		optionally enable member integration the first time you run the mod.

	=> Recommended - EUP Wardrobe Configuration:
		Coastal Callouts is designed to be used with EUP and SUP. Many of the
		peds which are spawned by the mod use EUP/SUP outfits:

		https://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/8151-emergency-uniforms-pack-law-order/
		https://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/16256-emergency-uniforms-pack-serve-rescue/

		If you do not want to use EUP, after installing the Coastal Callouts scripts, go to
		"GTA V\Plugins\LSPDFR\CoastalCallouts\ModelConfig", delete or rename "Peds.xml", and
		rename "Peds-NOEUP.xml" to "Peds.xml".

		If you do want to use EUP, you can install additional outfits for Coastal Callouts.
		In the Coastal Callouts Scripts download, open up "EUP Optional\wardrobe.ini",
		copy the entire contents of the file, and add it to "GTA V\Plugins\EUP\wardrobe.ini"

	=> Optional - No Boundary Limit mod:
		This mod is optional. The world boundaries should be patched automatically
		by Coastal Callouts. If for some reason you're having issues accessing the
		far-out sections off the map, make sure to install this. Download it from
		https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/no-boundary-limits and follow the provided
		instructions to install it.

	=> Dependency installation
		Several mods are required dependencies for Coastal Callouts:
			- LSPDFR 0.4.6+
			- RAGE Plugin Hook, version 0.69+
			- Lenny's Mod Loader version 0.3+

		The following mods are strongly recommended:
			- Heli Taxi by PNWParksFan
			- Better EMS by PNWParksFan
			- Police Tape by PNWParksFan
			- Spotlight Mod by Alexguirre
			- Callout Manager by PieRGud
