-Made Chiliad Town Sheriff Office, 24/7 minimarket and the vanilla house on the north-west side of Chiliad Town standalone entities so they won't conflict with any other mod editing their vanilla counterpart
-Built a new railing on Chiliad Plaza (Mt. Chiliad summit)
-Minor fixes and improvements on the town and the main plaza bar
