WELCOME!

Thank you for downloading my callout pack for LSPDFR! I hope you enjoy using it as much as I enjoyed creating it.

*****DISCLAIMER*****
This callout pack is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.
I'm not responsible for any errors, bugs, or issues caused by the use of this project, including but not limited to data loss, software crashes, or system instability.

By using this project, you agree that you do so at your own risk.

*****HOW TO INSTALL && REQUIREMENTS*****
1.- Drag and drop both lspdfr and plugins folder into your Grand Theft Auto V folder.

2.- Copy CalloutInterfaceAPI.dll to your Grand Theft Auto V folder. This file is required even if you don't use CalloutInterface.

Requirements:
-LSPDFR (not included)
-RageNativeUI (not included)
-CalloutInterfaceAPI (included)

Plugin Recommendation:
-SceneManager by Rich: An easy to use and extremely helpful plugin that allows you to manage traffic, barriers and drivers.
It it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you use it when playing this callout pack as it will make your life a lot easier.

-NigthYield's Traffic Block: Allows you to stop traffic with your police car. Stopped traffic won't try to avoid you and ram into other cars.

-StopThePed by BejoIjo: A widely known utility for easier traffic stops with tow truck and taxi included.
It's still HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to use it as it's more polished than my built-in code.

-UltimateBackup by BejoIjo: Another widely known utility for better backup.
It's still HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to use it as it's more polished than my built-in code.

- CalloutInterface by opus49: A new fun and interesting way to interact with callouts.
Not to be confused with CalloutInterfaceAPI, which is already included in the zip file.

*****HOW TO USE*****
- All the callouts are pretty basic and have some self explanatory instructions that appear as you play them.
They also have the option to be terminated at any moment by pressing the END key (see the ini file for customization).

- As of version 1.20.0, StopThePed (STP) and UltimateBackup (UB) by BejoIjo are no longer required.
Callouts that require a tow truck, taxi, or animal control now include built-in options, eliminating the need for third-party plugins or tools.
However, these built-in options are not as polished as those provided by other plugins. Therefore, I still recommend using BejoIjo's plugins or any other tools you prefer for a more refined experience.

- Don't forget to read the included ini file.

*****BUG REPORT*****
-In case you find a bug, please send me your log file as well as a brief description of what happened via LPSDFR message.

THANKS FOR DOWNLOADING :)

******IMPORTANT******
As of version 1.15.9, my callouts use LSPDFR's built-in functions to spawn emergency vehicles/peds instead of creating them manually from my XML file.
For that reason, I recommend using LSPDFR's config files to add your custom vehicles/peds the same way you did with my XML file.

Remember that I'm not responsible for any errors in your game/configuration if you decide to follow this tutorial. Always backup your files.
If you don't feel comfortable editing XML files, just DON'T do it and stick to my easier XML config file or your default configuration.
*****************

1. In your GTA V main folder, go to "lspdfr/data/".
2. Open "agency.xml". Make a copy before editing.
3. Look for "<Name>San Andreas Highway Patrol</Name>"
4. Once you find the highway agency, edit it to your liking with the vehicles and ped models you want for highways. You are mostly interested in the "<Vehicles>" and "<Peds>" sections. Save when ready.

*Only for EUP users*
5. Go to "lspdfr/data/custom/".
6. Open "agency_eup.xml". Make a copy before doing any changes.
7. Find "<Name>San Andreas Highway Patrol</Name>"
8. Edit to your liking just like in the file in step 4. Save when ready.
9. Open"agency_eupfr.xml". Make a copy before editing.
10. Repeat steps 7 and 8. Save when ready.

Enjoy! :)
