GTAModsManager

A clean, safe way to manage GTA V mods on Windows.
Switch between Vanilla (Online) and Modded (Singleplayer) in a click, keep your game folder tidy, and see exactly what changed.

Highlights

One-click modes: Online Mode (Vanilla) or Activate Profile for modded singleplayer.

Profiles for your different mod setups:

mods/ and scripts/ for your usual mod folders.

overlay/ for root-level files that normally sit directly in the GTA V folder (e.g. dinput8.dll, .asi trainers/plugins, ScriptHookV.dll, ENB/ReShade .dll/.ini, etc.).
When you Activate Profile, the app mirrors these into the GTA root (via links or copies). Switching to Online Mode removes only what it placed.

Baseline “Vanilla”: first run asks to scan your clean game; use Refresh Baseline later after GTA updates.

Diff & Scan: instantly see files ADDED / CHANGED / REMOVED vs. your Vanilla reference.

Modern, readable UI: dark look with a full-window background, translucent panels, and a non-blocking progress panel (with Cancel).

Remembers your GTA path between launches.

⚠️ Always switch to Online Mode (Vanilla) before playing GTA Online.

How to use

Choose GTA Folder → point to your GTA V install directory.

First run: Create the Vanilla baseline when prompted.
Later, use Refresh Baseline after official GTA updates.

Create a Profile and put your files:

mods/ and scripts/ as usual,

Put all files that belong in the GTA root (DLL/ASI/trainer/ENB/ReShade/etc.) into overlay/ inside your profile.

Activate Profile to play modded singleplayer.

Online Mode (Vanilla) to cleanly go back before launching GTA Online.

Use Scan / Diff anytime to review changes.

Launch GTA directly from the app.

Good to know

The app keeps your GTA folder path in memory (you can change it anytime).

Online Mode removes only the files/links it placed from your profile’s overlay/. Your other files are left untouched.

Heavy operations (scan, diff, switching) show a compact progress panel; big game folders can take a bit of time.

Disclaimer

Do not use mods in GTA Online. Switch to Online Mode (Vanilla) first.
