## ABOUT MOD

1. Adds engine sounds for the Daf PR228 and Cummins ISB 6-7
2. Adds various bus door sounds and brake operation sounds

rig_1 (i.e., the BUS / COACH sound group) is responsible for the Daf engine (it works best with my mods such as: Solaris Urbino IV and VDL Citea LLE)

rig_2 (i.e., the heavy-duty PHANTOM, PACKER, DUMP sound group) is responsible for the Cummins engine (created specifically for my Gillig BRT mod)

You can choose the door sounds you want from the RESIDENT -> Vehicles -> bus doors sounds folder, then group the selected sounds (only one opening and one closing recording) with other recordings from the vehicles folder.

## INSTALATION

1. Open OpenIV and navigate to mods/x64/audio/sfx, you’ll need two RPF archives:

-RESIDENT.rpf – this contains door, brake, and engine start sounds

-STREAMED_VEHICLES.rpf – this contains only engine sounds

2. Select the door opening sounds you like from the “bus doors sounds” folder (only 1 opening and 1 closing sound), and move them to the other sounds in “vehicles” folder.

3. Export the vehicles.awc file from RESIDENT.rpf to openFormats .oac, then replace the selected recordings from the vehicles folder. (Repeat this with rig_1.awc and rig_2.awc from STREAMED_VEHICLES.rpf, replacing the recordings from the rig_1 and rig_2 folder)

4. Place the “vehicles” folder into RESIDENT.rpf, then place vehicles.oac (do the same with the rig_1 nad rig_2 folder and the rig_1.oac and rig_2.oac file in STREAMED_VEHICLES.rpf)
The system will automatically compress the folders to .awc.

5. Delete the remaining folders and close OpenIV
