Just open the rim.z3d in zmodeler.

For Gta5..in zmodeler..go to material editor and and assign the given shader to 'tire' shader and then put my given textures
'rim_tex' in detail slot and 'rim_tex_spec' in specmap slot. Use 'blank_bump' for bump slot and empty for the mask slot.!
