2.0 (Big Fire Rate Update!)

-Fire rates for automatics have been greatly increased to match real life counter parts.
-Sniper Rifle now shoots faster than heavy variant, as it should've (fire rate roughly doubled).
-Limb damage is now 50% again (from 35%) for all guns.
-Advanced Rifle (Kel-Tec RFB) is now armor piercing.
-Small weapons (pistols / micro smg / sawn-off) don't suffer run and gun (hipfire) accuracy penalty anymore.
-Damage drop off from range reduced.
-Minigun ammo increased (2500 -> 3000)
-Minigun spin up time reverted to 0.5 seconds (from 0.85).
-Shotguns hold 6 instead of 5 rounds by default.
-HUD stats adjusted and make more sense.
-Added optional renaming : Heavy Sniper Rifle -> Barrett M82.

-Decreased stungun stun time (20 -> 6 seconds), as this also effects the player.
-Fixed Pistol .50 "Desert Eagle" clip sizes to 7 and 9 extended, as they should've been.
-Increased 9mm capacity (600 -> 800).

-Space weapons work again (widow maker and other alien tech weapons didn't spawn after one of the latest game updates).
-Widowmaker damage adjusted (500 -> 110), but now does 5X damage to vehicles.
-Unholy hellbringer no longer shares ammo with removed MGs, allowing it to fire.
-Unholy hellbringer accuracy greatly improved.
-Unholy hellbringer damage increased (45 -> 55).
-Unholy hellbringer range increased (120 -> 200).

-Sniper rifle damage increased (100 -> 130), peds now enter fatigued state from one shot to the torso (weak NPCs die in one shot).
-Sniper rifle and heavy rifle are now armor penetrating. It takes one or two torso shots to kill a NOOSE member from the light and heavy snipers respectively (same as other NPCs).
-Increased limb damage done by guns from 25 to 35 percent (shotguns and snipers still do 50).
