Installation
Open OpenIV and go to:
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mig21b\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gtav\vehicles\vehicles.rpf\
Turn on Edit Mode.
Open the mig21b.ytd file.
Replace the existing livery texture (e.g., mig21b_sign_1) with the new IAF image.
Click Save and launch the game.
