MTA NYCT / MTA Bus Company Orion V Livery Pack

Here is a livery pack for Dr. Chester Jackson’s Orion V model. This will turn the Orion V mod into New York MTA bus liveries. The MTA has ordered Orion Vs back in 1993 and it’s one of the most popular high floor buses used. I have seen and rode these a couple of times when I was younger. By around 2016, they phased out their Orion Vs for newer buses, like the New Flyer Xcelsior and NovaBus LFS. This pack is great if you want to use these in Liberty City (New York).

Context: The Orion Vs with black window trims are the Ex-Bee Line units. They were purchased used back in 2009 to replace older buses at MTA Bus Company. So I included those in the livery pack. The black window trim on those helps distinguishes between those and the regular Orion Vs that they have. Also for the LCD destination signs, they are green (rather than orange) because a lot of the MTA Orion Vs have green destination signs.

Known issues:
The back door has two extra bottom windows (MTA Orion Vs do not have those extra bottom windows on the back doors)
On the driver’s side, the depot sticker at the rear seems to stick. (because there is a vent at that area)

So as a result, everything seems realistic apart from the how the back door is designed and the vent at the rear on the driver’s side. So this pack is based on Dr. Chester Jackson’s Orion V bus mod.
