This is a simple helicopter landing area outside the Sandy Shores PD/Medical Centre.
Using all base GTAV Props will work on any version of GTAV.
The chairs inside the security hut are locked in place (cannot be pushed)

Installation for Singleplayer
1: Extract “Sandy_helipad”
2: Open OpenIV go into “edit mode”
3: Update> x64> dlcpacks> custom_maps> dlc.rpf> x64> levels> gta5> citye> maps> custom_maps.rpf
4: Drag and drop Sandy_helipad.ymap into OpenIV
Installation for FiveM:
1: Extract “Sandy_helipad”
2: Move Sandy_helipad folder into resources
3: Start Sandy_helipad in server.cfg
4: Restart server
