How to get it working for FiveM:
Stream the .ytd
For SinglePlayer:
Use EITHER Codewalker RPF Explorer or OpenIV, go to x64w.rpf\dlcpacks\mpbusiness\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mpbusiness_ped_mp_overlay_txds.rpf\ and replace the mp_eye_colour.ytd with the one from this mod.
