Installation:
Use OpenIV and go to

GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks

make a folder called subisti08, and drag the dlc.rpf file into it.

Next go to

GTAV\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data

Edit dlclist.xml and add the line:
dlcpacks:/subisti08/
