La Mesa PD Fugitive [Add-On] V1.0

This will eventually turn into a pack with Scouts etc. But for now Fugitive.
[Based off Downey, CA Police Department]

Requirements:
Legal copy of GTA V
OpenIV
GameConfig

Installation:
1. Drag and drop the “lamesapd” folder into mods>update>x64>dlcpacks
2. Open dlclists.xml in mods>update>update.rpf>common>data
3. Make a new line and paste dlcpacks:/lamesapd/
4. Save and you’re done
