the last version of the vehicle, as well as the glass from inside the game for a better experience

Instal:

— Copy ns28_fj2023 folder to —
x:\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks.

— Use OpenIV extract —
x:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
then use notepad open it,add new line.
dlcpacks:\ns28_fj2023\
Save it and use OpenIV replace it.
— Spawn it by name: ns28_fj2023 —
