First step : Download this file:

Gameconfig for Patch 1.0.1365.1 (Add-On Crash Fix) 1.0.1365.1

It is a gameconfig.xml which allows to accpet several add-ons.

How to install:

ADD-ON:

– Open the archive, go to Peugeot-3008-Civil.zip\Peugeot 3008\ADD-ON

– Drag the folder “3008” into Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks

– Paste this line in Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml (open the link before) : https://pastebin.com/ixZuC2bA

REPLACE:

– Open the archive, go to Peugeot-3008-Civil.zip\Peugeot 3008\REPLACE

– Open OpenIV, go to Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday9ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf

– Replace rocoto.yft, rocoto_hi.yft and rocoto.ytd with those present in the 3008 archive.

– Still on OpenIV, go to Grand Theft Auto V\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf

– Replace rocoto.yft, rocoto_hi.yft and rocoto.ytd with those present in the 3008 archive.
