West Midlands Care Team Discovery 5 [ELS | Replace] 1.1

1.1: Fixed ELS issue
1.2: Fixed wheel issue and added med kit

This is a replacement, No els or metas are needed, you can always change it to another suitable slot if Pranger doesn’t suit you need etc.

Installation:
Drag and drop both files that replace the car slot into: GTAV/Mods/X64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf

2 things for those who may point this out (Or I say, Will)
1. Rims aren’t the ones used IRL, Not a big difference.
2. the front 2 ions won’t flash like IRL, small difference.
