These are converted shoes from Madlen’s mods for ts4 to GTA V. I have received permission to convert these.

7 textures, all Madlen’s. Look at the shoe’s link to see all textures she’s made.

Single Player:
Open OpenIV
Click Edit Mode
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpexecutive\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mpexecutive_female.rpf\mp_f_freemode_01_mp_f_executive_01

This replaces the blue cropped cowboy boots.
