Installation steps:
> use OpenIV to drag and drop Kehuanweilaijianzhu (in the DLC file) into Grand Theft Auto Vmodsupdatex64dlcpacks.
> then go to dlclist Grand Theft Auto Vmodsupdateupdate.rpfcommondatadlclist and add dlcpacks:kehuanweilaijianzhu line
> run the game
> Enjoy the game 🙂
