FIB Building – 47th Floor with lights V1.0

Hello folks! This mod illuminates the 47th floor of the FIB Headquarters. Usually known for its dark and dreary ambiance with a bothersome light, this mod fixes that! It uses streetlights, which have been adjusted for maximum transparency while remaining inconspicuous. The flickering light is still there, but the room is now brightened.

This is my first mod, and I am still figuring out how this works, so please expect a lot of bugs. You will need Menyoo 2.0 for this.

The agents pictured in the photo do not spawn with the mod, and they are IAA. I know.
IMPORTANT : This mod works best if the in-game time is at midnight, or else the lights will not turn on.

INSTALL : Inside your Menyoostuff folder, you should see a folder titled ‘Spooner’. Put the .xml file into there. Then, load up your game, and load the placements with Object Spooner. It SHOULD work. I am no expert, so please tell me if I am wrong.
