gtav/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks

Right Click on dlclist.xml then Edit
mods/update/update.rpf/common/data

Add the line dlcpacks:/lxlfa/
at the bottom to the dlclist.xml and save then exit.

Spawn: lxlfa
