New Unicorn StripClub V1.0

Hello everyone…. here is a new mod that update and modify “Unicorn StripClub”.
For the creation of this mod I took inspiration from the link that I leave below (that I have been using for a long time) and that will be useful if you want to obtain results like in the photos.
I therefore thank Patoche  for his work that you can find here: Unicorn custom ( YMAP )

This is another mod I created with a .ymap file that was used to create the first changes outside the StripClub. After that I created 1 file to generate with Menyoo that allows for additional cars and various pedestrians in the area. I really hope you can appreciate my work!
I’m not an expert but I put a lot of passion into it!!

INSTALLATION:
Download and install:
ScriptHook,
ScriptHook V.NET
and OpenIV
and MENYOO
and Map Builder 4.0
1] NUSC .ymap
When you already have your custom maps folder then go to:
mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>custom maps>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>citye>maps>custom maps.rpf
and add the files: New Unicorn StripClub.ymap
(don’t rename the file. OpenIV will do the rest)
2] NUSC Vehicles & Peds
in: Grand Theft Auto V>menyooStuff>Spooner and add the file: NUSC Vehicles & Peds.xml
