This map makes Sandy Shores a bit busier. More people scenario. Such as the biker gang in Sandy, Man walking around with a blade, Extra hookers.

Installation:
Extract the file and copy the BusySandy.xml file into : menyooStuff >> Spooner which should be located in your GTA V main folder. Ingame open Menyoo and go to Object Spooner > Manage Saved Files then click on BusySandy.xml and choose Load Placements.
