In Los Santos, there are NPCs who will casually drink coffee next to a corpse. However, this is not something a normal person would do.
Delete those NPCs.
You can turn this function on/off with Shift + G.
You can also change keys, on/off notification messages, co-op ranges, etc. in the ini file.

Put all the files in the script folder.
Bug: If an NPC is startled by a corpse and stands there for too long, that NPC will also be deleted.
