INSTALLATION:
– Using OpenIV, put folder alcwrx24 to directory
Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update\x64/dlcpacks

– Then navigate to:
Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
and add the following line: “dlcpacks:/alcwrx24/” to dlclist.xml

– Save and close

Spawn code is “alcwrx24”.
