Go to OpenIV and go to: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\
Copy the .rpf with the car into this folder.
Then go to: mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\
and find the file dlclist.xml. Open it and add the following line to the end of the file: dlcpacks:\19msctntgt\
Installation is complete! Enter the game.
