Originally, this car was customized by me. I got bored with it, so I’m releasing it to you for free.

Installation Instructions:
1. Use OpenIV

Export the file:
X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
(If you are using OpenIV’s “mods” folder feature, the path is:)
X:\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml

Open the file with Notepad and add the following line:
dlcpacks:\Coastline\

Save and replace the dlclist.xml file.

3. Use OpenIV again

Export the file:
X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\extratitleupdatedata.meta
(If you are using OpenIV’s “mods” folder feature, the path is:)
X:\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\extratitleupdatedata.meta

Open the file with Notepad and add the following line:
dlc Coastline:/
update:/dlc patch/Coastline/
