Some edits I made to SirDesse hat from his Vice City Clothing Pack to include decals from the Money Fronts DLC

Drag and drop the files into the mp25_vipack dlc folder

• Higgens Heli Tours: Players can now purchase access or ownership (logic placeholder).
• Smoke on the Water: Purchase logic scaffolded for future inventory or passive income.
• 🧭 Icons Now Show:
• Location icons for purchasable businesses now appear on the map (visual only; interaction pending).
• 🧪 Economy Logic (WIP):
• No money earned from jobs yet.
• No cost deducted for purchases.
• These systems are scaffolded but not yet active — will be fixed in v3.
