Grand Theft Auto IV TLAD Bike Tech Guy V1.0

This mod ports over that guy that The Lost Mc asks where Billy’s bike at

Install:
install: Using OpenIV, put all files into GTAV mods update x64 dlcpacks addonpeds dlc.rpf peds.rpf
Run AddonPeds
Click New Ped input the name BikeTechGuy
Set Ped Type to Male and Is streamed true
press Rebuild

I couldn’t take a lot of screenshots because my GTAV crashed Not because of this mod it was a random Graphics mod I had that crashed it.

bugs: None that I know of if you know any tell me I’ll fix it or at least Try
