Note: Script name may be WOI (as it was making it World Of Improvements but may be that name exists so i dropped it, next update will change it)

Fixed ground units not moving unless provoked.
Resolved helicopter rappel bugs when too many peds spawn.
Helicopters now flee when heavily damaged (50% health loss).
Reduced spawn distance for vehicle chases – more in-your-face action.
Enabled default roadblocks and non-police dispatches during missions (let me know if chaos escalates).
Helicopters below wanted level 4 won’t use vehicle weapons, instead they circle aggressively to distract.
Fixed helicopters crashing into buildings randomly.
Fixed sea units not chasing properly (they even see underwater now lol).
Added custom Dispatch Messages system with notification per unit type.
Added plane dispatch support (fighters like Hydra, Avenger, etc.) – experimental.
Integrated and fixed version of Disarm Mod (credits to jedijosh920).
All behaviors and toggles customizable through provided XML file.
Being near shore triggers air + ground + sea combined dispatches.
Working on improving police AI driving – current chases are still limited by Rockstar’s native AI.
Test feature (enable logging from ini file to take effect): Vehicle mod editing via keyboard (ArrowLeft = mod type, ArrowRight = mod index) to get know the current vehicle’s mod types and all.
MOD_ROOF and MOD_CHASSIS usually affect helicopter and other vehicle’s extra weapons.
Mod index -1 disables the mod part (or omit mod name in XML).
AI logic updated – helicopters won’t fire unless provoked; they circle first, then attack when pilot feels threatened. Sometimes they can straight up blow the hell out of you.
