Ahead of its time and just barely street legal – The Penaud Quantum is what happens when France’s quirkiest automaker dares to challenge the self-titled kings of speed with a hybrid rocket the size of a shoe. A tiny powerhouse born of equal parts engineering and existential crisis, it was hailed as the prophesied Truffade killer by armchair racers everywhere. Too bold for its own good, it never made it to full production thus making it rarer than a polite Vinewood influencer.

Installation:
unpack the .zip file and drag the quantum folder into your mods folder
add the line:
dlcpacks:/quantum/
to dlclist.xml in update.rpf in the mods folder
