Arena War vehicles excluded
Controls:
E / L1: Open Dealer (on blue marker)
F6: Open Catalog (near dealership parking)
U: Lock/Unlock owned car
Installation:
Install ScriptHookV
Install ScriptHookVDotNet2 (SHVDN2, .NET Framework 4.8)
Extract archive into GTA V root directory
Copy ConcesAuto.dll and ConcesAuto.pdb into scripts
Launch game.
ConcesAuto.ini auto-generates

UI lists reduced to 5 visible rows with scrolling (prevents overflow)
Fixed F6 catalog hint overlapping the E/L1 dealership hint
Safer blip handling: always one dealership blip at the configured spot
