For Singleplayer:
Open OpenIV.
Enable “Edit Mode”
Install “MpClothes”
Drag and drop the files into the following path: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpclothes\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mpclothes_female.rpf\mp_f_freemode_01_mp_f_clothes_01
