Better Bullet impacts is a mod for GTA V which adds blood spraying effects when you shoot a pedestrian, higher caliber weapons will spray more blood and when you hit a fatal shot (usually shots to the head and neck) blood spray will be even bigger.
How to install:
Get GTAVTools from https://github.com/sparklingspacess/GTAVTools/releases/tag/main
Make sure you have ScriptHookV and ScriptHookV .NET installed into your game.
Drag GTAVTools.dll and GTAVMemScanner.dll into your “scripts” folder in the game directory, if you do not have one create it.
Download this mod.
Extract the zip into wherever (desktop is recommended) and drag BetterBulletImpacts.dll from the zip to your “scripts” folder.
