What this script includes :
You can kill a cop (If there are no witnesses) without getting a wanted level (or if you are already wanted… Backup will not be called)
How to Install:
Simply drag and drop the dll into your scripts folder…

Streamlined the mod to focus purely on silent cop kills and pre-wanted stealth.

Added a simpler and more stable witness system.
Update 1.0.2 :
Added witness system where if any npc (except gang members)
sees you commit a crime a progress bar will appear and once that is full the wanted level will be applied.
you can also kill the witness before the cops get called but you have to do it fast.
Btw this will not work during missions to prevent conflicts
