This is my take on the Rockford Station. I had some ups and downs, but i will bounce back on the next version i will do.
This is Version 1.00.

Install guide:
Single Player Mode: Drag and drop the XML file into you spooner directory which is located: Grand Theft Auto V/menyooStuff/Spooner
FiveM: This is set up for a drag and drop as well so go ahead and drag it into your Ymap directory in your server.
