The map was created using the program “Map Editor 2.13” by Guadmaz.
Converted to YMAP in program “Map Editor & Menyoo to YMap Converter” by sollaholla-Here you will find an example of installing DLC for using YMAP
Installation:
Use the OpenIV program to place the file at:
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\custom_maps\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\_citye\maps\custom_maps.rpf\
version 1.1 added new building
