An attempt to bring more life to the Tinsel Towers Roof. For pure scenic use. Added some life to this place which seems to have a lot of potential. which is empty and so unpopulated by default.
Adds: peds with senario animations, coffe tables which make NPC spawn by default in the local area. Added some life preservers nearby the pool, jacuzzi or small pool lights. A few lights have been added for night time aswell around the patio area.
Requires the last official Menyoo release (1.40 version)
Copy & Paste tinsel terrace.xml in Grand Theft Auto V/menyooStuff/Spooner
Load up your game, open Menyoo (F8 by default) in Object Spooner teleport and load placements.
