– Using OpenIV or codewalker, put all files into GTAV>mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>addonpeds>dlc.rpf>peds.rpf
– Run AddonPeds (Run as admin)
– Click new ped and Called “DrSimiSkin”
– Then The Sex is A Male.
– the is streamed is false.
