requirements:
– Menyoo (recommended)/any other menu
– OpenIV
– Cap Pack Collection
Install:
Open openiv, enable edit mode and then go to:
Mods/update/x64v//models/cdimages/streamedpeds(underscore)players/player one
and then place uppr.diff. in the location
for the Hat go to:
Mods/update/x64v//models/cdimages/streamedpedprops/player one p
and then place the p.head.diff
