Uber Driver Mod 1.0

This made allows you to become an uber driver. With a leveling system, and a rating system, you’re guaranteed to enjoy it!
To initiate an uber job, call the Uber contact on your phone located on the bottom of the contact list.

Bugs:
The ability to cancel the job is removed when the job is ongoing.
