1. Click (edit mode) and Follow the following path in OpenIV :
Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpgunrunning\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mpgunrunning_male.rpf\mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_gunrunning_hair_01
2. Drag the file into the folder
3. ENJOY
-Bugs- This is my first time doing hair so it potentially can shake if another clothing item interferes
