For manual Instalation drag and drop files using openiv to:
update – x64 – dlcpacks – patchday4ng – dlc.rpf – x64 – models – cdimages – patchday4ng.rpf – mp_f_freemode_01

USAGE:
Use trainer like menyoo or ENT to change skin to Freemode Female, then change the head to number 2.
