2: Export with OpenIV

X: Grand Theft Auto V update update. rpf common data dlclist. XML file

Then open it in Notepad and add the following line。

3：
dlc_evcm5a:/
update:/dlc_patch/evcm5a/

Save and replace.
Use the modifier to brush the car by name, enter: 【evcm5a】
