2: Export with OpenIV
X: Grand Theft Auto V update update. rpf common data dlclist. XML file

Then open it in Notepad and add the following line。
dlcpacks:\evcrs8\Item>

3：
dlc_evcrs8:/
update:/dlc_patch/evcrs8/

Save and replace.
Use the modifier to brush the car by name, enter: 【evcrs8】
