Add this line dlcpacks:/scrapyard/ to dlclist.xml this can be found here
Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
FiveM Install:
Super easy! Extract the folder named scrapyard into your resources folder.
Add “scrapyard” to your server.cfg and restart your server!
