Install Instructions:
1. Drag and Drop “TRAININGVIC” folder into: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Go to Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
3. Open dlclist.xml and add this line:
dlcpacks:/TRAININGVIC/
Done!
For FiveM simply drag and drop “TRAININGVIC” into your ressources server file and add it to the .cfg
