Installation:
Download and install addon props and place both prop files in
Grand Theft Auto V>mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>addonprops>dlc.rpf>props.rpf
In the props editor, set the LOD to 500 and textures embedded.
The XML document in the “Menyoo map folder goes into GTA V>menyooStuff>Spooner
Go into manage saved files and select “load placements”
