North Yankton Revived V1.0

North Yankton is no longer a frozen ghost town.

Two weeks after the Ludendorff bank job, the city is slowly coming back to life. But not everything is as it seems.

Streets are filled with police, security, and ordinary people trying to survive the winter. A patrol car chatting with locals near the old Pollock theater. Workers clearing fallen trees near the railroad crossing – the train is waiting. Two airport buses in the city center, waiting for passengers (and yes, they really come – I made AI passengers that walk and board the bus).

And then there are places where something is watching from the shadows.

A helicopter pad on the outskirts. A money delivery on the edge of town. Two figures on a rooftop. Watching. Always watching.

And somewhere nearby, a civilian heard something crash in the evening. Was it the wind? Or something else? No one knows for sure. If you have the RDE mod installed, you might find more than just wreckage. But you’ll have to see for yourself.

Important: AI can be glitchy. Sometimes NPCs walk into walls or break. That’s just how GTA V works. Don’t worry – the atmosphere is still there.

This is not just a map. This is a moment in time.

Features:
– 6-8 detailed scenes across North Yankton
– Hand-placed NPCs with unique tasks and routes
– Police, security, SAHP, and civilian presence
– Optional RDE compatibility (adds more units and something hidden)
– Static and living NPCs (some with AI, some without)
– No essential mods required – works with Menyoo only

Requirements:
– Menyoo 2.0+
– Travel to North Yankton (to reach the map)

Optional (for full experience):
– RDE (Rebalanced Dispatch Enhanced)
– RDE Expanded & Enhanced (version 1.1.4, NOT 1.2.0)

Note: RDE is NOT required. The map works perfectly without it.

Installation (correct order – very important!):
1. First, copy my .xml file to menyoostuff/Spooner.
2. Then, install Travel to North Yankton (just drop it in your game folder).
3. Launch GTA V, go to Los Santos Airport, and use the Travel mod to teleport to North Yankton.
4. Once you are in North Yankton, load my map via Object Spooner in Menyoo.
5. If you don’t follow this order, the map may break.
