Simple modification to improve rain effect.
(This mod does not affect performance)
installation:
-Start up OpenIV
-Go to Edit Mode
-Go to common.rpf/data/levels/gta5/weather
-Replace each “rainstorm_render_drop.xml” & rainstorm_render_ground.xml fileS with the same name
-enjoy 😉
Changelog:
1.0 (added optional file with smaller drops)
1.1 (added insane rain for storm weather)
1.2 (increased the size of the raindrops hitting the ground)
